Barry Gilmore

Born in Barrie, Ontario, Barry left Canada with his family and moved to India at the ripe old age of 7. During that time, he traveled through enough major countries to be the envy of any university backpacker. Returning to Canada in 1973, Barry graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute with a B.A. in Radio & Television Arts.

He soon began work at a small independent film production company where he was exposed to all elements of filmmaking. In those early years he filled any necessary role proving himself to be a true renaissance man. Since then, Barry has refined and focused his skills and is renowned for his dialogue and ADR work, as well as for his extremely useful ability to read lips on the ADR stage.
